A FEW THINGS ABOUT ME

WHO AM I REALLY?
I’m a dog mom, a recreational lifter and a wannabe stoic. If you spot me at the farmer's market, stick around – I know all the best stands. I’m also a recovering perfectionist and ex-dieter who's learned that life is just better with a slice of pizza on the side.
For the past 8 years i had the privilege of working with thousands of people on their health journeys as a nutrition consultant in a doctor’s office. Along the way, I’ve collected certifications and education in clinical and holistic nutrition, health coaching, and nutrition consulting. And because I love a good challenge, I’m now diving into a new adventure as a clinical psychology student.

WHY THIS SPACE?
I created this space because I’ve seen firsthand how the diet mindset can sometimes do more harm than good. My own struggles and experience helped spark this idea - a place where we can leave behind rigid portion control, labels of 'good' and 'bad' foods, and the pressure of unrealistic standards.

*While building this space, I may or may not have binged the entire Marvel Universe. Turns out, superheroes drop some solid life advice too. Frigga’s quote really hit home for me, and it reflects what this space is all about: embracing who you are and building a life that works for you.
