Regular 45-minute 1:1 sessions, starting weekly or biweekly, to set goals, celebrate wins, and work through any obstacles.
Sessions with others involved in meal planning, if needed, to ensure everyone is on the same page.
Full time access to a library of resources and educational materials to support your journey every step of the way.
Access to visual journals for tracking food, mood, symptoms, and sleep, with optional feedback to help you stay on track.
Message support between sessions, Monday to Friday, for extra guidance and support when needed.
